I am trying to figure out what would be the best for gifting cookies for Christmas. Is it best to bake and decorate then freeze or make the dough, freeze then bake all in one day?

OMG Lady your going to make me really again,:) I am in cookie heaven. I never realized there were that many cookie recipes. Just for thought I bet each nationally has more cookie recipes.
